Wendy Forsythe Bio

Wendy Forsythe was appointed Vice President of Network Services for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC in October of 2007 and leads the teams responsible for providing products, tools and services to the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network.

Wendy was most recently Vice President of Sales Services for Canadian-based Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., where she developed and managed an extensive suite of productivity tools. She is an accomplished real estate executive with more than 15 years of industry experience, having received her real estate license during college. Wendy's talents for building and developing products and services are deeply rooted in her own experiences as an agent, manager, broker, owner and brand executive. In 1994, she purchased a brokerage franchise in Nova Scotia, Canada, and at that time was the youngest licensed real estate broker in the province's history.

Within the real estate industry, Wendy has taken a lead role in talent attraction and is often called upon for speaking opportunities and bylines. In April 2009, Wendy was appointed to the advisory board for Recruiting Trends and is a regular contributor for the website. In October 2009, she was a featured speaker at Kennedy Information's Recruiting 2009 Conference on best practices of talent attraction. She also spoke on the topic at the 2009 National Association of Realtors Conference.

Wendy graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor in Business Administration.
