Scott Vinson Bio

Scott Vinson is the co-founder and principal of BenefitIQ and the HomeBenefitIQ program. He brings over 21 years of sales and managerial experience in the mortgage and financial services industry to his firm. He has never wavered from his commitment to the lending industry. He has been a top producer and manager through out his career and has successfully managed pipelines in excess of 200 million annually. He has developed strategies to increase production that have proven effective in any market condition.

Over the past decade, Scott has focused his time and energy on bringing a complete marketing system (HomeBenefitIQ) to mortgage and real estate professionals across the country. HomeBenefitIQ has quickly grown to become the nation's largest voluntary mortgage and real estate benefit offering. To date, he's coached and trained over 1,100 mortgage and real estate professionals; teaching them to become the "go-to" provider for local employees in need of mortgage financing and real estate services. Scott is very proud to know that through his coaching of others, the HomeBenefitIQ program is currently in front of 2.1 million people across the United States.
