38,432 real estate professionals from 23 Countries registered to attend the Seventh Annual National Real Estate CyberConvention and Expo. The Convention received 1,100,665 page views.
Experience of agents attending 2008 Convention:

Attendees gave the overall event an 98% approval rating, and 76% of attendees gave the event a level of very or extremely satisfied. Exhibitors gave the Cyber Expo a 92% satisfaction rating with a significant number of exhibitors either extremely or very satisfied. The Expo received 989,016 page views.
Over 80% of Exhibitors would recommend the On-Line Expo to potential exhibitors (as long as they are not competitors!).
The Expo booth support staff received a 100% satisfaction rating –citing the ease of participation
Over 112,405 Booth visits were made at the Expo with 23,694 requests for more information and 10,818 vendor website visits were made by attendees.
On average Expo vendors received 1104 visits.
The majority of Exhibitors rated the On-line Expo more productive, less expensive or a "better return on investment" than a live "hard floor" show.
98% of exhibitors indicated positive sales or image results from the participation in the 7 day event.
Exhibitors' sales production was significant as 97% of attendees identified products or services that interested them.
85% of Exhibitors indicated that they intend to Exhibit at the 2009 CyberConvention
Attendees gave the Exposition and Expo Booths a 95% Satisfaction Rating and 97% either purchased, are planning to purchase or are looking into purchasing or suggesting products and services presented at the Expo to associates.
Floor Position and Booth Configuration Analysis:
Like any traditional hard floor event, statistics have historically indicated the positive effect that competitive floor position, booth configuration and vendor strategy can have on exhibiting results. Expectations for 2009:
The 2009 Convention will be presented on February 22-28, 2009. This mid-winter date allows attendees to take advantage of a relatively slow real estate sales period. This allows a significant attendance to listen to the speakers, network and check out the products and services at the exposition. Expectations for attendance at the event are 40,000 for the 2009 Annual Convention.

Exhibitor agrees to abide by the following rules and regulations:
Exhibitor must provide the Society with a written description of product and services.
Exhibitor must provide the Society with a logo image.
Exhibitor must provide a drawing prize for its Booth.
Sponsor/Exhibitor must provide the Society with URL link information.
Sponsor/Exhibitor may not assign, or sublet in whole or in part.
Sponsor/Exhibitor will not be permitted to promote products or services other than those manufactured or handled in the normal course of business.
Exhibitor will not utilize any programming or other alterations to the
booth or convention templates in any way that is detrimental to the
operation of the Convention or provides the exhibitor with any unfair
advantage over fellow exhibitors. Violation of this Regulation may
result in disconnection of the Booth in question without notice until any such
egregious act has been corrected.
