The National Real Estate CyberConvention and Expo is unlike any other national real estate event. The event now entering its ninth year continues to grow and reflect changes in the marketplace. Annual Real Estate On-line Convention and Exposition
15,432 real estate professionals from 23 Countries registered to attend the Eighth Annual National Real Estate CyberConvention and Expo. The Convention received 1,079,392 page views.
Experience of agents attending 2009 Convention:
8,235 real estate professionals attended the seven day event. 22% of agents have been active in the real estate business for 1-5 years, 34% of agents have been active in the real estate business for 5-15 years 44% of agents have been active in the real estate business for 15-25 or more years.
Attendees gave the overall event an 98% approval rating The attendees also gave the speaker lineup a high level of satisfaction with a 93.6% approval rating with a strong majority rating the speakers excellent/outstanding. The Keynoters Stefan Swanapoel , Michael Russer, and Matthew Ferrara and the special Convention Showcase rated even higher in survey rankings.

Expo Activity:
According to a recent NAR survey the typical REALTOR spends over $7,000 annually on business expenses. They purchase an average of 2.8 software programs each year, and 60% personally have a website for business and 35% use a third party service. They spend over $456 Million on business closing gifts, and 10.7% have a Global System for Mobile. Real Estate professionals in addition to being final decision makers for their own products and services, play a major role in recommending products and services for their clients.
Exhibitors gave the Cyber Expo a 92% satisfaction rating with a significant number of exhibitors either extremely or very satisfied. The Expo received 982,321 page views.
- Over 80% of Exhibitors would recommend the Cyber Expo to potential exhibitors (as long as they are not competitors!).
- The Expo booth support staff received a 100% satisfaction rating –citing the ease of participation
- Over 92,642 Booth visits were made at the Expo with 25,528 requests for more information and 9343 vendor website visits were made by attendees.
- On average Expo vendors received 1781 visits.
- The majority of Exhibitors rated the Cyber Expo more productive, less expensive or a "better return on investment" than a live "hard floor" show.
- 98% of exhibitors indicated positive sales or image results from the participation in the 7 day event.
- Exhibitors' sales production was significant as 97% of attendees identified products or services that interested them.
- 85% of Exhibitors indicated that they intend to Exhibit at the 2010 CyberConvention
- Attendees gave the Exposition and Expo Booths a 95% Satisfaction Rating and 96% either purchased, are planning to purchase or are looking into purchasing or suggesting products and services presented at the Expo to associates.
Show Hours:
Once the door opens, the Expo remains open on a 24-hour basis for the seven days of the event. This allows attendees the ability to browse the Expo floor at their convenience. The Convention will close briefly when the main event adjourns, and then reopen for the Seasonal Sessions, the Expo is open on a 24-hour basis for several months which allows attendees to revisit or new attendees to discover your Booth. Further extending your reach, your Expo booth is included in the aftermarket "Convention in a Box" CD distributed by the convention producers.
Cost:
Cyber Expo Booth are offered at a fraction of the cost of a "hard floor" event where the minimum booth space may cost upwards of $3,000, not including travel, shipping, materials, staffing, etc. Our booths are economical; we offer three packages, one for every budget with varying visibility. Standard Booth $1095, Premium Booth $1495 and our top of the line Super Booth only $1795.

Floor Position and Booth Configuration Analysis:
Floor position is determined when the booth application is received. The earlier your booth is submitted, the higher your booth position on the graphic floor plan. Early booth submissions, returning exhibitors and sponsors receive priority placement. Like any traditional hard floor event, statistics have historically indicated the positive effect that competitive floor position, booth configuration and vendor strategy can have on exhibiting results. Expectations for 2010:
The 2010 Convention will be presented on February 21-27, 2010. This mid-winter date allows attendees to take advantage of a relatively slow real estate sales period. This allows a significant attendance to listen to the speakers, network and check out the products and services at the exposition. Expectations for attendance at the event are 12,000 for the 2010 Annual Convention.

Rules and Regulations:
Exhibitor agrees to abide by the following rules and regulations:
- Exhibitor must provide the Society with a written description of product and services.
- Exhibitor must provide the Society with a logo image.
- Exhibitor must provide a drawing prize for its Booth.
- Sponsor/Exhibitor must provide the Society with URL link information.
- Sponsor/Exhibitor may not assign, or sublet in whole or in part.
- Sponsor/Exhibitor will not be permitted to promote products or services other than those manufactured or handled in the normal course of business.
- Exhibitor will not utilize any programming or other alterations to the booth or convention templates in any way that is detrimental to the operation of the Convention or provides the exhibitor with any unfair advantage over fellow exhibitors. Violation of this Regulation may result in disconnection of the Booth in question without notice until any such egregious act has been corrected.
